International Return Policy
We want you to look amazing when wearing your Batch shirt. If for some reason, you are not completely thrilled, we will gladly accept a return within 60 days of the purchase date, excluding sale items. We do not offer free international exchange or return shipping. International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. When shipping, please insure your package for its full value. We recommend using a traceable and insured shipper.
Send us an email at email@example.com indicating the reason for your return. Include your name and order # in the email. We respond to all emails within 48 hours, if you do not receive a response within this time frame please check your spam. All sale items are final sale and only in-store credit or exchanges are allowed.
PACK & SHIP
Package the item in its original condition and seal it in the same shipping box. We do not accept returned shirts that are washed, worn, stained, have an odor, or have pet hair. If we receive shirts back that have any of these signs we will not grant the refund.
Any refunds on international orders will not include the non-refundable international shipping fee. Once your package is received, we will send you an email notification that the refund has been issued for the item only. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after the package has been delivered to our returns center.
Due to our small batch business, we don't always have every size available but we will gladly check our stock or find a similar style in your size. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We really need your help to return the shirt in the same condition you received it. We’ll take care of the refund, if you take care of the shirt.
