About

How do I care for my shirt?

We recommend Machine Wash Cold, Gentle Cycle, Tumble Dry Low. Avoid putting other items that are abrasive in the same load (denim, Velcro, zippers), these can be harmful to the fabric. A Batch shirt should be washed and dried inside out to protect the buttons. Do not let the shirt sit in the dryer after the cycle is complete, this helps to reduce excess wrinkling. We recommend lightly ironing the shirt to create a more polished look.

What size Batch shirt should I order?

Our shirts are clean and comfortable, but have built in ease so they are not restricting. The shoulders are tailored and the sleeves are narrow to give a sleek modern look. Each shirt length is cut to be worn either tucked or untucked. Our shirts have back seaming for shape that can easily be altered by a professional tailor if needed. Sizing is consistent across all of our shirt styles, fabrics, and colors. Review our Fit Guide here for measurements. What is credit card security on the website?

Batch takes online security and protection with the utmost sensitivity. Our website features an SSL secure connection throughout your whole shopping experience and during the transaction, keeping your information secure and private. Your card information is never stored on our servers and always accessed using a secure token. Batch uses Stripe as our payment processor, an industry standard payment system. If you are still uneasy with online transactions, we also offer checkout with PayPal, AmazonPay, and Apple Pay - all which offer an added level of protection for your purchase.

Do you have a brick and mortar storefront?

Batch does not have a retail location at this time. We began our company with the idea that we can build the future of fashion online, addressing customer experience in a new way. We can give our clients the most value possible without the extra markup caused by brick and mortar.

Where do your fabrics come from?

We buy our fabrics from some of the finest mills. We have very specific fabric standard requirements and print needs. All of our fabric originates in either India or China, the top producers of high-grade cotton in the world.

Who designs your clothing?

Everything we make is designed in Florida by our design team. From our refined details to our fabric and colors, we are proud to design American menswear for our discerning clients.

Where are your shirts made?

Batch shirts are custom made in India by expert tailors who solely produce shirts for Batch. To read more about our process, check out the “Our Craftsmanship” page.

Do you have specials for groomsmen and weddings?

Sure! Give us a shout at customercare@batchmens.com. Batch shirts are ideal for the ceremony, rehearsal dinner, and honeymoon needs.

Orders

How do I return my order?

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or edit your order, email us at customercare@batchmens.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal, Amazon, and now Apple Pay. We also offer Batch Gift Cards. Become a Batch Insider to be the first to find out when we roll out these programs.

How do refunds work?

We batch our return processing once a week. Once your return has been delivered to our returns center, please allow 5-8 business days for handling. You will receive an email once your return has been submitted in our system. Depending on your payment provider, refunds will appear in your account within 5–10 business days after processing of returned items.

Can you send me a return label?

We offer digital prepaid return labels for Domestic orders only. If you are unable to print the label, the cost is $5 for a label to be mailed out to you. Also please note, if you abuse our returns policy we reserve the right to reject your free return. 

How do I update my payment info?

To update payment on an existing order, contact us at customercare@batchmens.com. When shopping online, you can add new payment methods during the checkout process.

How do I see the status of my order?

Log-in to batchmens.com by clicking Sign In at the top right of the page. Go to your account by clicking on the drop down that appears under your name in the top right. Go to “My Orders” and you will be able to see the status and details of all your current and past orders.

How do I see all my past orders?

Is it possible to change my order after I place it?

Yes it’s possible, but not guaranteed. We transmit orders to our warehouse for shipment immediately. Contact us at customercare@batchmens.com as soon as possible after you place your order. Please note that making changes may delay your order. If your order has been processed at the warehouse, we might not be able to change it, but we’ll always try. Just get in touch with us as soon as you can.

U.S. Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free shipping over $50 and free return shipping. If an order is over $50 then shipping costs you nothing. We even cover the return cost of your purchase if it does not meet your needs. We want you to be 100% happy.

Do you ship internationally?

At this moment we offer shipping to Canada. We also ship to select countries - see the list below.

Can you rush my order?

We can sure try. Just contact Batch HQ at customercare@batchmens.com and we’ll do our best for an additional cost if it's possible.

How long will it take to get my order?

We strive to send out orders the same day if possible otherwise they usually ship next business day. We ship via USPS Standard Shipping(domestic). Orders on the West Coast arrive within 3-5 days. Orders on the East Coast arrive within 2-4 days.

The package tracking # shows as “Delivered” but I did not receive the package.

Often the post man can scan the order by accident and mark it as "Delivered" when it is still on the truck. Please give it another day as it can get delivered late. Also the package may have accidentally been left in an unexpected place. We strongly encourage you to check with your neighbors and your local mail carrier. Batch is not responsible for package loss or theft once the order has been expedited from our warehouse. Please make sure to double check your shipping address before submitting your order.

Do some items ship separately?

We try to combine items to ship together as much as possible. If more than five shirts are ordered, we will ship in batches of two.

Canada Shipping

What is the shipping cost to Canada?

Canadian standard shipping is $30 for orders totaling at or below $89. And $40 for orders $90 and above. We ship via UPS and USPS (estimated arrival in 1-4 weeks depending the season, longer during holiday rushes). You are responsible for any tariffs and duties placed on your order by customs officials (Usually around $30-$45 per shirt).

How do I track my package?

We ship via USPS with an estimated arrival of 2-4 weeks. When your order ships from our store, you will be provided with a tracking number to your confirmation email.

Will there be additional duties and taxes on my order once it is delivered?

Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the tariffs and duties imposed on your order. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by customs officials, the fees will be your responsibility (Usually around $30-$45 per shirt). We will not accept returns based on you not wanting to pay duties created by the Canadian Government. 

What happens if I refuse the package?

If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following:

Original and return shipping charges
Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.

The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

International Shipping

What is your International shipping policy?

Customers outside of the US have the option of shipping via USPS for select countries. You are responsible for any tariffs, duties, and custom charges placed on your order by your local government. Duties and taxes are imposed by the destination country so the cost varies and we are unable to provide estimates. Unfortunately, we have no control over duties and taxes as they are paid directly to the local customs office. International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense. We recommend using a traceable and insured service. Once your package is received, we will send you an email notification that the refund has been issued for the item only. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing after the package has been delivered to our returns center.

What do you charge for shipping an international order? 

International shipping is $30 for orders totaling at or below $149. And $50 for orders totaling $150 and above. We ship via UPS, DHL and USPS. You are responsible for any tariffs and duties placed on your order by customs officials.

How do I track my package?

Orders can be tracked using the tracking information in your shipping confirmation email.

When your order ships from our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number within your confirmation email (if applicable). Please note that we have found once your package reaches your country the tracking often is not updated or wrong. Expect a week or two for it to reach you once it is in your country. We would love it to be faster but you will have to talk to your local postal system about that. 

Will there be additional duties and taxes on my order once it is delivered?

This depends on your countries trade agreements with the USA. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the tariffs and duties imposed by each separate country on your shirts. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by customs officials, the fees will be your responsibility.

What happens if I refuse the package?

If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following:

How do I sign up for an account?

Click on Sign In at the top right of the page and select New Customer - Sign Up or just click here. Enter your name, email, zip, phone number, and create a password. You can also elect to create an account at the checkout page and we will send you an email with a link to create a password immediately after you place your order.

How do I sign in to my account?

Click on Sign In at the top right of the page. Enter the email address you used to sign up to batchmens.com or the email address you gave when you placed your order. If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot password or need to create one” and follow the steps to get a reset password link.

How do I unsubscribe from Batch marketing emails?

Every marketing email from Batch has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click on that to easily and immediately unsubscribe. Or, you can unsubscribe right here by entering your email.

How do I reset my password?

Click on Sign In at the top right of the page. Then click on “Forgot password, or want to create one”. Enter the email address you used to create your account. We’ll send you an email with a link allowing you to reset your password.

Returns

What is your return policy?

We want you to look amazing when wearing your Batch shirt. If for some reason, you are not completely happy, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of the purchase date, excluding sale items (U.S. only). Simply email us here customercare@batchmens.com.

Can I exchange my shirt for another size?

Sure. Due to our small batch business, we don't always have every size available but we will gladly check our stock or find a similar style in your size. Send us an email at customercare@batchmens.com. All sale items are final sale and only in-store credit or exchanges are allowed. Sale items are excluded from free return shipping.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

We are committed to high quality, expert fit, and Batch style all year. We do seldom offer several pop-up sales a year that are for our Batch Insider Men only. The only way to become a Batchman is to order from us and click the button to receive our exclusive emails when prompted on the order page.
