How do I care for my shirt?

Batch shirts are long-wearing and easy to care for. You need a little soap and a washing machine, and to follow the instructions on the care label (Machine Wash Cold, Gentle Cycle, Tumble Dry Low). If you’re super fancy, a dry cleaner can also care for the cleaning of the shirt.

We recommend you turn all Batch shirts inside-out during laundering. This both protects the buttons from chipping on the steel drum and allows the cleaning agents direct access to sweat stains.

The best way to achieve the Batch look, is to wash and wear the shirt. Our 100% cotton shirts should be ironed at full or medium heat. Never starch a Batch shirt. We want you looking relaxed as you Conquer Mediocrity.

What size Batch shirt do I wear?

Please refer to our Size Chart. At this time, we offer X-Small, Small, Medium, Large, X-Large, and XX-Large.

What is the credit card security on the website?

FORT KNOX! Batch takes online security and protection with utmost sensitivity. Our website features an SSL secure connection throughout your whole shopping experience and during the transaction, keeping your information secure and private. Your card information is never stored on our servers and always accessed using a secured token. Batch uses Stripe as our payment processor, an industry standard payment system. If you are still uneasy with online transactions, we also offer checkout with PayPal, AmazonPay, and Apple Pay - all which offer an added level of protection for your purchase.

Do you have a brick and mortar storefront?

Batch does not have a retail location at this time and will not sell through affiliate stores. We began our company with the idea that we can build the future of fashion online, addressing customer experience in a new way. It is the challenge of a lifetime, but one we are excited to take on. Also, we like the nimbleness and extensive reach an online presence allows us. You found us!

Where do your fabrics come from?

We buy our fabrics from some of the finest mills. We have very specific fabric standard requirements and print needs. All of our fabric originated in either India or China, the top producers of high-grade cotton in the world.

Who designs your clothing?

Our in-house design and product development team is responsible for creating everything we sell: from our amazing prints, to our fabric quality selection, and even every stitch and detail of our shirts. We pour our love of style into what we make.

Do you have specials for groomsmen and weddings?

Sure! Give us a shout at weddings@batchmens.com. Batch shirts, are ideal for the ceremony, rehearsal dinner, and honeymoon. Especially for Destination Weddings!


How do I return my order?

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to cancel or edit your order, email us at customercare@batchmens.com.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as PayPal, Amazon, and now Apple Pay. We also offer Batch Gift Cards. Become a Batch Insider to be the first to find out when we roll out these programs.

How do refunds work?

We process your return within five business days of arrival at our warehouse. Depending on your payment provider, refunds will appear on your credit card balance 5-10 business days after processing of returned items.

How do I update my payment info?

To update payment on an existing order, contact us at customercare@batchmens.com. When shopping online, you can add new payment methods during the checkout process.

How do I see the status of my order?

Log-in to batchmens.com by clicking Sign In at the top right of the page. Go to your account by clicking on the drop down that appears under your name in the top right. Go to “My Orders” and you will be able to see the status and details of all your current and past orders.

Is it possible to change my order after I place it?

Yes it’s possible, but not guaranteed. We transmit orders to our warehouse for shipment immediately. Contact us at customercare@batchmens.com or 786-505-4448 as soon as possible after you place your order. Please note that making changes may delay your order. If your order has been processed at the warehouse, we might not be able to change it, but we’ll always try. Just get in touch with us as soon as you can.

U.S. Shipping

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs you nothing. We cover the cost to get it to you. We even cover the return cost of your purchase if it does not meet your needs. We want you to be 100% happy. 

Do you ship internationally?

At this moment we offer shipping to Canada for a small fee. We also ship to select countries. Please sign up to our mailing list and we will notify you as we expand our coverage.

Can you rush my order?

We can sure try. Just contact Batch HQ at customercare@batchmens.com or 786-505-4448 and we’ll do our best.

How long will it take to get my order?

We ship via USPS Priority Mail. It will take about 3-4 days from when you place the order to receive your shirts. We only sell products that we have in our warehouse and because of our limited edition business, we do not take pre-orders.

Do some items ship separately?

We try to combine items to ship together as much as possible. If more than five shirts are ordered, we will ship in batches of two.

Canada Shipping

Do I need a code to get free shipping to Canada?

No, just add $100 or more to your cart and we will ship them to you for free! You are responsible for any tariffs and duties placed on your order by customs officials. This offer only applies to standard shipping, which generally takes 5-10 business days. This offer may be cancelled at any time.

What do you charge for shipping an order? Is Canada a different cost?

Canadian standard shipping is free for orders $100 and above (estimated arrival in 5-10 business days). For all other orders there is $15 shipping charge.

Can I expedite my order to Canada?

Right now we are not offering expedited shipping to Canada but will in the future if there is interest. 

How do I track my package?

Orders are shipped via USPS and will be delivered into the responsibility of your national postal carrier.

When your order ships from our warehouse, you will be provided with a tracking number within your confirmation email (if applicable).

Will there be additional duties and taxes on my order once it is delivered?

Yes. Unfortunately, we are not in control of the tariffs and duties imposed on your order. Duties and taxes will likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by customs officials, the fees will be your responsibility.

What happens if I refuse the package?

If your package cannot be delivered or is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for the following:

Original and return shipping charges
Duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package for both the original and return shipments.

The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

How do I sign up for an account?

Click on Sign In at the top right of the page and select New Customer - Sign Up or just click here. Enter your name, email, zip, phone number, and create a password. You can also elect to create an account at the checkout page and we will send you an email with a link to create a password immediately after you place your order.

How do I sign in to my account?

Click on Sign In at the top right of the page. Enter the email address you used to sign up to batchmens.com or the email address you gave when you placed your order. If you forgot your password, click on “Forgot password or need to create one” and follow the steps to get a reset password link.

How do I unsubscribe from Batch marketing emails?

Every marketing email from Batch has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click on that to easily and immediately unsubscribe. Or, you can unsubscribe right here by entering your email.

How do I reset my password?

Click on Sign In at the top right of the page. Then click on “Forgot password, or want to create one”. Enter the email address you used to create your account. We’ll send you an email with a link allowing you to reset your password.


Can I exchange a ready-to-wear item for another size?

Maybe. Please reach out, and we will help you exchange the shirt for a different size. Due to our very limited stock, we cannot guarantee that there will be a size in the same style that you ordered.
